Entoblitz 2009

This year’s Entoblitz will be held on April 24-26 at the Chaparral Wildlife Management Area in Artesia Wells, Texas.

The Chaparral WMA (Map) has over 13,000 acres of South Texas brush country managed with an emphasis on diversity of habitat.

It has been the site of numerous vertebrate and plant studies…now it’s our turn!

Bunkhouse space, room for tents, a kitchen (bring your own food), and ice are provided by the Chaparral WMA. Directions to the site can be found on their website (http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/huntwild/hunt/wma/find_a_wma/list/?id=45&section=directions). For additional information, contact Jonathan King at joking@tamu.edu or call 979-862-3508.
